Many products are returned in great working condition as well as aesthetic condition, and are either thrown away or recycled, following the same path as a similar product that has no resale value. In many cases it is worthwhile to restock these items as a B-channel product. Or, instead of sending a brand new unit as a display unit, save money by using a cosmetically acceptable return.
